Call Center Certification is a comprehensive, rigorous process designed to help you grow your business.   By participating in the Call-Center Certification program, you become eligible to participate in a number of referral and request for proposal / statement of work programs that are administered by Blaire Group.

Our Global 2000 and Mid-Cap clients throughout North America, the UK, Australia, and New Zealand engage with us  to assist them with selecting call-center and other offshore BPO operations.  Our analysts have conducted on-site, Business Value Assessments at various call-centers throughout the world.  Our need to recommend more BPO centers in more regions of the world is growing faster than our inventory of world-class or recommended BPO centers.  Our Call-Center Scorecard is at the forefront of research that helps our clients determine the most capable, responsive, and professionally organized BPO operation wth which to engage in a commercial relationship.

The Call Center Scorecard eliminates the guesswork in selecting a call-center that is best for our clients' business objectives. It incorporates a uniquely weighted, quantitative scoring methodology that is proven, reliable, and highly effective.  It adheres to a strict, well developed set of principles that are timeless.  All Scorecard Evaluations are conducted on-site at the call-center physical location. After a thorough examination of each call-center's operations, The Scorecard determines each participating call-center's ranking:

  • World-Class - superior and highest ranking available; immediately eligible for client referrals and participation in requests for proposals or statements of work
  • Recommended - excellent ranking; demonstration of operational strength; immediately eligible for client referrals and participation in requests for proposals or statements of work
  • Not Recommended - incompetent or unavailable for a Scorecard examination; ineligible for client referrals or participation in requests for proposals or statements of work

Getting Started

Below is the sequence of events for your call center / BPO operation to partner with Blaire Group as a certified facility, and qualified for new business referral opportunities.

  1. Register and pay annual fee of $1,295
  2. Upon receipt of payment, our analyst will call you and begin the assessment process
  3. Prior to arriving, we will forward to you our critical competency, call-center checklist.  You must complete and return the checklist to us within 5 business days of your email receipt of the checklist document
  4. The in-person assessment will be scheduled within 30 days of receipt of your completed checklist
  5. Upon completion of the business value assessment, you will receive a full findings report within 30 days of our on-site evaluation visit with your operation.  There is a discount for the inclusion of multiple operations that are in different and separate facilities or locations.  Please speak with your analyst.
  6. If qualified, you will immediately be included in our recommended list.  Your facility will become eligible for participation in referrals, requests for proposals, and statement of work requests
